Jean-Marie Benjamin composed the religious songs of this CD between 1976 and 1992 and recorded live during concerts in Italy and France. Three cantatas in Latin dedicated to the Virgin Mary. “Alma Redemptoris Mater” was entirely interpreted and recorded (instruments and voice) by Jean-marie Benjamin in computer, including the Latin voices. The "Salve Regina”, performed by the famous Elisabeth Brasseur Choir, which specialises in the works of W. Amadeus Mozart, among others, was recorded on the occasion of a concert in Rome in 1988. The instrumental and choral parts recently reworked on computer and mastered.
